1.MS- TCDC’s Art-ivists in Residence are in Dar es Salaam on a mission to seek inspiration from the creative community in our city. They dropped by CDEA to say hello and could be visiting your space this week. Keep your doors and minds open to this exciting team of African Art-ivists who a part of a social justice movement using their respective mediums and art.

The Art-ivists are:

1. Yemsrach Yetnebert Alemu (Ethiopia) – An Illustrator. 

2. Kingwa Kamencu (Kenya) – A Writer.

3. Bruno Ruganzu (Uganda) – A Sculptor. 

4. Vitali Maembe (Tanzania) – A Musician
5. Dar Al Naim Mubarak (Sudan) – Painter
