The Culture and Governance Programme is currently implemented through research, policy analysis and advocacy in the culture and creative Industries in East Africa. In addition, CDEA convenes a Mashariki Creative Economy Impact Investment Conference to enable stakeholders dialogue, learn from national and regional initiatives, make decisions and take action regarding improving investment in the creative economy In East Africa.
